8 WEEK HYROX TRAINING PLAN
This 8 week HYROX membership gives you access to upto 4 HYROX sessions per week for 8 weeks.
Choose from the following:
MONDAY 6:30pm HYROX FOUNDATION
TUESDAY 6:30pm HYROX ENGINE
WEDNESDAY 6:30pm HYROX FOUNDATION
THURSDAY 6:30pm HYROX POWER
SATURDAY 9:00am HYROX COMPLETE
These sessions will progress each week using the official HYROX training centre TRAINING PLAN.
Try to attend at least 3 sessions per week across all of the disciplines to really see you race time improve ready for BIRMINGHAM
